We took our Brazil coffee and aged it in a freshly dumped Jack Daniel's Barrel. The smell of whiskey has filled our roast room for the last month as the coffee aged. As soon as you open the bag you will be hit with the sweet smells of Jack Daniels. This is a full bodied coffee with strong notes of sweet liquor, mellow smoke, and roasted nuts. This is one of the best coffees we have made this year.
