We took our Ethiopia Yirg. Washed coffee and aged it for one month in a freshly dumped Don Benjo Tequila Barrel. This coffee is smoooooth. The perfect dessert / cap off a good meal sipping type of coffee. This is a full bodied coffee with strong notes of sweet agave nectar, a slight char note from the barrel, all the while the hint of tequila dances on your tongue. This is one of the staff's favorite of all the barrels we have done.
