Grown under the canopy of the Kebena forest, in the highlands of Limmu Kossa in Jimma Zone, this coffee is meticulously picked and processed - certainly the best example of an exceptional natural process coming out of Ethiopia's West. This is a coffee everyone can enjoy. It will turn people who hate acidity or African coffees into believers. The coffee has the fruit / sweet notes you expect from an African but is super approachable because the body of the coffee is incredible smooth almost creamy like. This is a coffee the industry geeks out about because of the complexity in how it balances the acidity with the creamy body.
