We took our Colombia coffee and aged it in a freshly dumped KOVAL Bourbon Barrel. As soon as we opened the barrel to roast the colombian coffee the intoxicating smell of sweet bourbon filled our roast room. As soon as you open the bag you will be hit with the sweet smells of KOVAL Bourbon. This is a full bodied coffee with strong notes of sweet bourbon, mellow smoke, and roasted peanuts. This is a fantastic coffee to enjoy during the holiday season.
