In collaboration with Fiala Brothers Brewery we aged a blend of Brazil, Costa Rica, and Sulawesi coffee for 30 days is a freshly dumped Buffalo Trace Bourbon Single Barrel. You will find a creamy, light bodied coffee with notes of cherry, sweet bourbon , roasted nuts, vanilla bean and chocolate with a sweet liquor aftertaste. The Buffalo Trace Barrel brings some sweetness and complexity without overwhelming you.
