In collaboration with Watson's Shack & Rail we aged a blend of Ethiopia and Sulawesi coffee for 30 days is a freshly dumped Weller Antique Barrel. You will find a creamy, light bodied coffee with notes of sweet bourbon , roasted nuts, vanilla bean and chocolate with a sweet red wine aftertaste. The Weller Antique Barrel brings some sweetness and complexity without overwhelming you.
